Warranty Period Faults
We offer a full 12 month parts and labour RTB (return to base) warranty on all machines we sell. In the rare instance your machine suffers from a fault of any kind that's not a result of damage, liquid ingress, rough play, modification attempts etc we will repair your machine within the first 12 months for free. To arrange a warranty repair please either call us on 028 90 827131 or email us at info@arcadesni.com If your machine needs repaired for any reason that's not covered in our warranty we can of course still repair your machine for a fee.
Outside of Warranty Period Faults
We can repair any fault or damage to your machine. It would need to be returned to our workshop for these repairs to be carried out. The cost of the repair will depend on the nature of the fault and or damage and what parts if any are needed and also the estimated time it will take to carry out the repair.
